			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As President and co-founder of Grainger Terry, Inc., Phil leads the firm’s management of strategic initiatives, ensuring our clients’ business objectives are met. Guiding the firm’s public relations and government affairs clients, he plays a key role in the formation and execution of public relations strategies, the conceptualization of political campaign mail, and platform development for fundraising efforts.</p>
<p>    Phil brings a history of more than 15 years planning successful public relations initiatives for clients. Phil has secured celebrity appearances for Meade Electric Company’s 100 year anniversary celebration, directed fundraising for the “Save Our Seniors” non-profit organization and executed a high-profile public relations campaign for the Childress and Zdeb law firm in their fight to defend victims of water damage. Phil has provided innovative and effective strategic consultation to numerous other clients including U.S. Congressmen, State Legislators, Mayors, Aldermen, Judges, County Board Members, Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations and law firms.</p>
<p>    Phil has a B.A. in Political Science from DePaul University and has completed studies at the Moscow Institute for Advanced Studies, the J.F.K. Special Warfare College and the Ron Brown − Paul Tully Institute for Political Action. He has been a guest speaker for Campaigns and Elections Magazine, DePaul University, Carthage College and other educational organizations. He is a member of the American Association of Political Consultants and the Chicago Chamber of Commerce. Phil has provided commentary on public affairs, crisis communications and public relations to major media outlets including the L.A. Times, the Chicago Tribune, the Chicago Sun-Times, Capitol Fax and the ABA Journal.</p>

<p> Katelyn manages the design of direct mail pieces, TV and radio commercials that live up to our purpose: Engage. Persuade. Mobilize.® From landing national interviews for T-Mobile when they launched their myTouch 3G smart phone to directing mail campaigns for statewide and local political candidates, Katelyn is known for getting the job done on time and on budget. </p>
<p>    Her previous experience includes working for a member of the Irish Parliament where she assisted in speech writing and a successful re-election campaign and the candidate’s subsequent promotion to party leader. <br />
    Katelyn also worked at a democratic political consulting firm, and in the development department of a non-profit organization.</p>
<p>
Katelyn graduated Cum Laude and with honors in Political Science from Albion College, majoring in Political Science and English with a concentration in Public Policy and Service. She also completed course work at Dublin City University in Dublin, Ireland. Katelyn was recently a guest on First Business News Chicago. </p>
